Sales Repair and Return Policy

I hand make each item that I list for sale on this site.

I am the sole maker for Lone Gray Wolf Design; there are no production partners.  I stand behind the quality of my work. If a piece fails due to a workmanship defect within 90 days of purchase, I will repair it at no charge.

Repairs resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, snagging, pulling, impact, exposure to chemicals, or other causes unrelated to workmanship are not covered under warranty.

Knotted pearl and beaded jewelry requires special care. Restringing and re-knotting are labor-intensive services. Damage caused by pulling, snagging, or breakage is considered accidental damage and is subject to repair charges. Minimum repair fee is $40.00, repairing knotted pearls is $1.00 per pearl, plus materials and shipping.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, with the exception of pierced earrings due to health department rules and guidelines.  Exchanges are not always possible on many one of a kind items however, as I use unique stones and settings.  

Contact me within 5 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

I do not accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

Once the item leaves my possession with the delivery carrier, I have no control over delivery delays, delivery failures or damaged goods.  You do have the option of adding insurance to your purchase for a very reasonable fee on the checkout page, using the Route app.  This service is provided by a third party, and they will handle your claim for you should there be the unlikely occurrence of damage or loss.

Custom or personalized orders are non returnable due to the nature of these items.
