Shipping policy

I offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail. If you desire alternative shipping such as FedEx or UPS, please contact me prior to placing your order; there may be an additional charge to these alternative shipping carriers. Shipments will generally occur within one to three days of order placement, and most deliveries will occur within 3-5 days of receipt of order and payment confirmation. Delays in shipping are rare, however unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, labor disputes, government shutdowns, or other situations may cause an additional time delay.
Free shipping applies to up to five items per order, and up to 5 pounds in weight per order.
Free shipping does not include insurance automatically. If you wish to add any insurance to your purchase, please select this option at checkout. The additional insurance cost is listed, and will be added to your purchase through Route. Please be aware that route will not insurance any jewelry item valued at above $300.00 per piece.
Once the purchased item leaves my possession upon shipment, I am not responsible for failed deliveries by the carrier, loss by the carrier, theft during any part of the shipping or delivery process, or damage which occurs during or after the delivery process. Any insurance claims will be your responsibility, since you are the insured, however I will assist however possible to ensure a positive outcome. I want you to be satisfied with the shipping experience.
