This spiral pendant was inspired by a beautiful petroglyph in New Mexico. The pendant is solid sterling silver, and is an overlay piece. The top piece has a hand cut spiral petroglyph; with a hammered finish, and the bottom piece is oxidized, creating a dramatic piece. The spiral is thought to mean a connection from outer consciousness to inner soul.
The back features a feather, another important symbol in many cultures, thought to represent trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, freedom. The piece hangs from a simple braided leather cord.
