This is a heavy solid sterling silver Bolo, weighing in at just under 40 grams of silver. The Bolo itself is 2 1/4 inches high, and 1 1/2 inches wide. The stone is a beautiful Sandstone Jasper, reminding me of a "sunset in the desert". The stone is surrounded with a combination of two beaded wires, and a hand hammered surround. The Bolo has two levels of silver for a more three dimensional feel than everything sitting at one level on the piece.
The Bolo cord is genuine leather, in a pretty red to offset the stone. The Bolo cord length is 18 1/2 inches from neck to tips of the solid sterling silver Bolo tips, 37 inches in length total.
The back features two sterling silver loops, rather than the usual nickel, and the cord could be changed out by you for different colors if you so choose after purchase, with this design.
