Keum Boo is a very old technique of bonding gold to silver. In this case the gold is 24K, and the silver is sold sterling silver. The black color is purposeful oxidation of the silver to create a stunning, very different look in jewelry.
The earrings are approximately one inch in length, and have sterling silver (oxidized) ear wires.
