Keum Boo is an ancient technique of bonding gold to silver. These earrings are 24K gold bonded to solid sterling silver. The black is purposeful oxidation of the silver to create a stunning flash of gold on black.
The disks are 5/8" in diameter, and they have oxidized sterling silver ear wires.
